Dear Rinpoche,
Happy birthday and thank you for letting me share this last third of your life! I am so pleased to be able to carry out your wishes and enact all of your dharma vision. Please remain here with us longer than even Tangtong Gyalpo, turning the wheel of dharma and building a great pillar of lojung for the benefit of all sentient beings. I'm so happy to begin another year of accomplishing the dharma with you! What you have given me is priceless and I promise that I will never let you down.
With love & gratitude,

Dear Rinpoche, may your Birthday and everyday be filled with joy. Thank you so much for coming to vermont and being my teacher. I am filled with devotion and garitutude to you and Allison. I look back upon our unexpected meeting in the airport in Kathmandu and your first visit to Vermont, now a few years later, a small but dedicated sangha . Thank you, Sally

Happy Birthday Rinpoche! Thank you for coming into this world to teach the dharma and wake us up from our long sleep. Without you, where would we be? The longer I know you and pretend to be your student, the more I realize how precious you are to all of us. You never stop thinking of us and devote all of your energy to making sure we have every opportunity to apply the teachings in our lives. You inspire me everyday to keep walking this path for the benefit of my self and all others. Please, stay with us for many, many more birthdays to come!
